In order to achieve, maintain and strengthen these values, we permanently commit ourselves to:

  • employ a professional and ambitious staff that has the opportunity and the obligation to continuously develop and improve;
  • follow world trends and maintain the most modern equipment, infrastructure and environment for comfortable work with minimal consumption of natural resources and minimal pollution;
  • use modern and high-quality materials, approved by the Central Bureau of Standards and Metrology;
  • maintain and develop partnerships with suppliers;
  • provide customers with optimal and complete solutions, including solutions for minor negative environmental impacts;
  • implement solutions that fully meet the requirements and needs of customers and all interested parties, taking into account all legal and other requirements related to our environmental aspects;
  • apply and improve the effectiveness of the quality and environmental management system based on the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 and strive to exceed the level of these requirements;
  • set ambitious, measurable and achievable quality objectives;
  • improve the environmental impact of activities and products by assessing environmental aspects and available resources.

Aware that we are not perfect, we strive to be better every day, better than others. In our business, we want to offer something more, better or at least a little different from the others on the market.

Particular attention is paid to our interaction with all participants of the business process and interaction with the environment in which we realize our business activities. We develop and nurture a business relationship with each of the participants through the basic principles of relationship and approach to sustainable development, which is ultimately the basis of our business success.
